If you do not have more than 10 verifiable proofs or send through an unlocked mailbox, I will request that you ship first and I will wait to receive your end of the trade before I send out mine.

If you request a tracking number, I expect one as well unless otherwise agreed upon.

I always send proof of postage in the form of packaging photos & a video of it being dropped into a locked mailbox and I expect the same.

Each of us have every right to back out of a trade up until the item has been mailed out. I will completely understand if you feel uncomfortable or are no longer able to trade with me, no questions asked. There is a difference between backing out of a trade and wasting my time!

When I receive mail, I post in my Instagram story and tag the person it’s from for their proofs. I erase these from my highlights after 3 months, or whenever the highlight is too full.

Proofs are erased from my Instagram highlights after 6 months to keep it from getting too full and out of date. However, I have a Google drive folder of every proof since I began selling & trading in 2018. The link is posted above.
